Allica was created to provide easy access to banking experts who offer bespoke financial solutions and effortless digital banking. Our challenge was to design and launch their new brand identity as well as build their web and IOS banking platforms.
To visualise the company's character and values, we focused our attention on a symbol that would set the tone for the whole identity. The strong, unique name demanded a commanding mark and it's geometry would become the inspiration for the brands visual devices.
An ocean of deepest, darkest blue and a burst of rebellious orange provided the colours needed to establish the solid foundations of our new identity.
The bank plays an important role in helping to build the future success of a business by placing a strong financial foundation in place by understanding the make up of the organisation and their industry.
The concept of blueprints as a set of symbols was used to give the bank a varied and vibrant visual language. At the heart is the bright orange shield, surrounded by blocks of carefully crafted symbols which come together to form the brand's most versatile asset.
Allica's new digital ecosystem - iOS, Android and web applications as well as marketing website - was created from scratch as part of a collaboratiion between Experience Design, Product and Marketing teams from both Kin + Carta and Allica Bank. Each step of the new customer journey was put together using a new design system made up of page components and UI elements.
The Allica brand was launched with a new set of guidelines and a suite of assets to arm the Sales and Marketing teams.
