Greyhound is one of the most recognisable brands in America, transporting millions of passengers annually between 3,800 destinations in North America. But new investment in buses and stations wasn't haven't a strong enough impact on the brand’s ailing reputation as an all too basic form of transport which didn't cater for the large majority of travellers. To change perceptions rapidly and show the business in it's true light our transatlantic partnership set about redesigning the end to end booking system, wrapped in a distinctive look and feel with imagery, iconography and language that represented the true spirit of Greyhound.
