Hyperion is renown for product solutions, client service and enterprising talent. But the brand's visual identity and digital experience didn't match the energy, focus and quality that their people possess.
Working in close partnership with the executive team as well as leaders across all of the Hyperion brands we build a new identity and digital ecosystem that got to the essence of what makes them great.
Hyperion is a place of innovation and entrepreneurialism. They take great pride in not just way they do but how they do it. To find out how we could begin to capture the "Hyperion way" we undertook an in depth research phase across the different businesses. This gave us the insight we needed to put the correct strategy in place.
The balance and inter play between the culture of nuturing ambition and creating an active community around its teams was a mechanism for the user experience on the website. We saw that to showcase Hyperion effectively we had to create a destination that was unlike anything in the industry. We had the task of rebuilding the brand so it could punch it's weight again.
We used a distinctive two colour palette, imagery from the beautiful new office space and playful grids to make the website experience uncoventional and exciting.
The independently owned group champions its people and it was important the website appealed to shareholder and future talent in equal measures. So we raised the profile of Hyperion's businesses and their employees making it clear what you can expect when you're part of the group.
The interactive experience was a blend of slick animation and rich video content to show the energy and enjoyment of the groups people.
